Title: Beef and Cheese Spread

2 1/2 | oz | Jar dried beef |
8 | oz | Philadelphia cream cheese |
4 | oz | Sour cream |
2 | tb | Minced onion |
2 | tb | Green bell pepper flakes |
2 | tb | Milk |
1/4 | c | Chopped pecans |
| | Crackers of your choice |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut slices of dried beef into small pieces
and put into medium mixing bowl. Add cream cheese, sour cream, onion, bell
peppers and milk. Mix thoroughly with a spoon. Pour mixture into a round
glass pie pan and sprinkle chopped pecans on top. Bake at 350 degrees for
30 minutes. Serve hot on crackers. Randy Rigg
