Title: Traditional Baked Beans

Yield: 6 Servings
1 | lb | Dried small white beans |
4 1/2 | c | Water |
1/3 | c | Molasses |
1/4 | c | Brown sugar |
1 | Onion, chopped | |
1/4 | lb | Salt pork, in 1" cubes |
1 | tb | Dijon mustard |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
Combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW 13-14 hours, stirring occasionally if possible.
For added nutrition, serve with rice or bread or cornbread.
