Title: Sweet and Sour Bean Stew

3 | oz | Navy beans; cooked |
3 | oz | Basmati rice; cooked |
1 1/2 | oz | Butternut squash; cubed |
1 1/2 | oz | Onion; chopped |
1 1/2 | oz | Raisins |
1 | tb | Safflower oil |
1/2 | ts | Thyme |
1/2 | ts | Garlic; minced |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Set on stove over medium heat for about 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir occasionally. Serve at room temperature.
