1/4 | ts | Oregano |
1/8 | ts | Black pepper |
8 | oz | Monterey jack cheese; shredd |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
2 | oz | Green chiles; chopped |
2 | tb | Butter |
1/2 | lb | Ham; diced |
1/2 | pt | Cottage cheese |
Recipe by: rfc Preparation Time: 0:30 Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter.
Beat eggs until light lemon-colored. Add flour and remaining ingredients.
Pour into well-greased casserole dish. Bake 40 minutes, until knife
inserted into middle comes out clean.
