Title: Chestnut Salad (Kastano Salata)
Categories: Cheese Greek Nut Salad
Yield: 1 Batch

1lbChestnuts; roasted or boiled
1tbOnion; finely chopped
1tbFresh parsley or coriander - chopped
1tsFresh sage; chopped
1tsSalt
1/2tsFreshly ground black pepper
1cYogurt or soft cheese
  Lettuce leaves
  Lemon wedges

Pound or slice the chestnuts. Mix together with the rest of the ingredients and serve with fresh lettuce leaves and lemon wedges.
