1/2 | lb | Cottage cheese |
2 | Tomatoes | |
2 | Green peppers | |
2 | lg | Cucumbers |
1 | lg | Onion |
1/2 | bn | Parsley |
1/2 | bn | Oregano |
2 | ts | Lemon juice |
2 | tb | Olive oil |
In food processor, shred onion, parsley and oregano.
In large bowl, cut tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers. Add shredded onion-herb mixture. Add cottage cheese, lemon juice and olive oil. Mix well and enjoy.
Yield: 3 to 4 servings.
Shopp is a small region in Bulgaria. The recipe was given to me by Bram Vidinsky, a Bulgarian immigrant now living in New York City.
