2 | l | Grape or black currant cocktail, well chilled |
12 | | Eggs, seperated |
1/4 | c | Fresh lemon juice |
1 1/2 | c | Icing sugar |
1 | l | Whipping cream |
| g | Nutmeg |
Beat egg yolks, lemon juice and icing sugar until thick and lemon colored.
Blend in grape or black currant cocktail juice and whipped cream. Beat egg
whites until stiff and then fold into mixture. Pour into glass punch bowl
