Title: White Trash Rice Salad

Yield: 1 Servings
2 | c | Cooked, chilled rice |
1/2 | c | Chopped king crab or lobster |
1/2 | c | Slivered Virginia ham |
1/2 | c | Finely chopped celery |
2 | Finely chopped hard boiled eggs | |
Salt and freshly ground pepper | ||
1 | tb | Chopped chives |
1/4 | c | Chopped parsley |
1 | tb | Olive oil |
1 | tb | Wine vinegar |
1/2 | c | Mayonnaise |
