Title: Butter Ginger Sauce for Pasta

Yield: 4 Servings

1/2cButter
4 Garlic cloves finely chopped
1tsDried basil
1 Fresh black pepper
3tbGrated fresh giner
1/2tsHot red pepper flakes
4 Whole gr onions finely chop
1/4cFresh grated parmaesam

Melt butter in a medium skillet. Add everything except cheese and cook until garlic is tender, about 4 minutes. Combine hot pasta, toss with cheese and serve. Makes 4 servings. Pasta suggestions: 3/4 lb Capellini, spaghettini or linguine.
