Title: Monk's Chicken Marsala

1lbChicken
  Extra virgin olive oil
5clGarlic, minced
1 Onion sliced
1/2cMarsala wine.
  Basil
  Fresh pepper
  Oregano

Brown 1 lb. chicken in extra virgin olive oil. Add 5 cloves of garlic (or more if preferred), minced, 1 onion sliced. Brown them with chicken. Add 1/2 cup marsala wine. Simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is done. Can add basil, fresh pepper, and oregano to taste while simmering. Friar Bob, The MONKS' COOKBOOK, Montreal Qc.
