| | Extra virgin olive oil |
5 | cl | Garlic, minced |
1 | | Onion sliced |
1/2 | c | Marsala wine. |
| | Basil |
| | Fresh pepper |
| | Oregano |
Brown 1 lb. chicken in extra virgin olive oil. Add 5 cloves of garlic (or
more if preferred), minced, 1 onion sliced. Brown them with chicken. Add
1/2 cup marsala wine. Simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is done.
Can add basil, fresh pepper, and oregano to taste while simmering. Friar
