Title: Monk's Chicken Pesto

1 | lb | Chicken |
1 | | Head of broccoli |
2 | pk | Knorr Pesto sauce |
| | Extra virgin olive oil |
1 | lb | Pasta (fettucini, spaghetti, |
| | Linguini, any long pasta) |
| | Basil |
| | Garlic powder |
3/4 | c | Flour |
Wash chicken breasts. Mix about 3/4 cup flour, basil, garlic powder. Coat
chicken with this mixture. Bake chicken at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes
or until done. Cook pasta in boiling water. When drained, sprinkle a little
basil and garlic powder into pasta and mix. Steam broccoli. Make Knorr's
pesto sauce -- 2 envelopes worth. Chop chicken into small pieces. Mix
chicken, broccoli, and sauce into pasta and serve as a one-dish meal. Friar
