3 | c | Bread flour |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | c | Sugar |
1/4 | c | Nonfat dry milk powder |
1/4 | c | Soft butter |
1 | Egg | |
2 | tb | Honey |
2 | tb | Corn syrup |
1/4 | c | Pecans (or other nuts) |
1/2 | ts | Freshly ground black pepper |
1 | ts | Whole anise seed |
1/4 | ts | Cinnamon |
1/4 | ts | Allspice |
3/4 | c | Very warm water |
Put in all ingredients in the order listed, select white bread and push start.
NOTE: This recipe produces a light brown loaf with a unique spicy taste.
