Title: Poppy Seed Monkey Bread

Yield: 1 Servings
1 | c | Milk or water |
2 | tb | Butter/margarine |
2 | ts | Almond/vanilla extract |
2 | Egg** | |
2/3 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | c | Sugar |
4 | c | Bread flour |
2 1/2 | ts | Yeast |
Roll dough balls in: | ||
8 | tb | Melted butter |
1/2 | c | Poppy seeds |
Remove dough from machine and separate into as many 1-1 1/2 " balls as you can. Roll the balls in the melted butter and then in the poppy seeds. Place the balls into a loaf pan, tube pan, or holiday-shaped pan, cover and let rise for approximately one hour. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
**Egg substitute :1/2 cup (if desired)
