Title: Marmalade and Oats Bread

2/3 cup old fashion rolled oats 1 1/8 cups milk (for Welbilt/Dak machin add 2 tablespoons more milk) 3 cups bread flour 1 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margerine 1/2 cup orange marmalade 1 1/2 teaspoons Red Star brand active dry yeast for all machines
Use Light Crust and Bake (Light) Menu selection for this bread. Place all ingredients in bread machine, select Light Crust setting and press start. After baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing.
