Title: Lisa's Kraut Rye Bread

1 | c | Plus 2 tb. Rye Flour |
1 | tb | Yeast |
4 | tb | Gluten Flour |
4 | tb | Sugar |
2 1/2 | tb | Dry milk |
2 | tb | Veg. oil |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 | c | Sauerkraut;put in strainer pushing with back of spoon to dra |
1 1/4 | c | Water; warmed |
Put all in Bread machine according to manufacturers' instructions. Select White Bread Cycle. 1 tb of caraway may be added at the beep! Note: George loved this. Delicious served with Roast Pork or Ruebens!
