Title: Eileen's Corn-Chilies-Cheese Bread (Abm)

1 | Package of Yeast | |
3 | c | Bread Flour |
3/4 | c | Yellow Cornmeal |
1/2 | c | Drained whole kernal corn |
1 | tb | Chopped chilies, mild or hot |
1/2 | c | Cheddar cheese, shredded |
1 | Egg | |
1 | tb | Butter |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
2 | ts | Sugar |
1 1/4 | c | Warm Water |
Put all ingredients in your ABM according to manufacturer's directions. This was originally for the DAK's that make the 1 1/2 pound loaves of bread. Select white bread and push start. Do not use rapid rise yeast with this ABM recipe.
