Title: Bulgur Honey Bread

1cBulgur
3cWater; boiling
1/2cHoney
2tbOil
1tbSalt
3tsYeast
7cFlour
4tbWater; warm

In large mixing bowl, combine bulgur, boiling water, honey, oil, and salt. Cool to lukewarm.

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 10 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start.
