Title: Blueberry Oatmeal Bread

1 1/2 LB LOAF | ||
1 1/4 | c | Blueberries and juice |
1 1/3 | tb | Canola Oil |
1 1/3 | tb | Sugar |
1/3 | ts | Salt |
3/4 | c | Oats |
2 1/2 | c | Bread Flour |
2 | ts | Rapid or Quick Yeast |
Set cycle on White, Sweet, no timer Set doneness to light to medium
Larry uses canned blueberries for this recipe (1 cup blueberries equals 1/2 a 15 oz. can). If using fresh blueberries, they should be mashed tightly into the measuring cup. As with any recipe using fruit for moisture, watch the dough and adjust with water or flour as needed.
