3/4 | ts | Salt |
3 | c | Whole wheat flour |
2 1/2 | ts | Rapid rise yeast |
4 1/2 | ts | Gluten |
3/4 | ts | Lecithin |
Start the machine. After the machine has completed the first knead cycle,
stop the machine and then restart the machine on the rapid or quick cycle.
**Note: If you use whole wheat bread flour you do not need to add gluten.
THis recipe is an adaptation of Donna German's book: 100% whole wheat bread
recipe. We were trying to make a basic 100% whole wheat bread that would be
just right for sandwiches.
