Karen Slated invented this recipe. It has all the wonderful qualities of
a banana quick bread - flavor and moistness - plus the characteristics that
we love in yeast bread - great texture and a heavenly crust. The riper the
bananas, the more flavor you'll get.
For the Regal/Zojirushi - place all the ingredients in the machine,
program for Bread, or White Bread, and press Start.
For the Hitachi - place all the ingredients in the machine, program for
Bread, and press Start.
For DAK/Welbilt - Have all the ingredients at room temperature. Place all
the ingredients in the machine, program for White Bread, and press Start.
For Panasonic/National - place all the ingredients except the yeast in
the machine. Place the yeast in the dispenser. Program for Basic Bread and
press Start.
