Title: Black Currant Bread

2 1/4 | ts | Yeast |
3 | c | Bread flour |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 1/2 | ts | Lemon zest, grated |
2 | tb | Brown sugar, dark |
4 | tb | Powdered milk |
1 | tb | Butter or margarine |
1 | c | Water |
1 1/2 | ts | Vanilla |
1 | lg | Egg |
1 | ts | Lemon juice |
1/2 | c | Black currants, dried |
Place all ingredients in machine except currants. Use raisin bread cycle, adding currants at the beep.
