Title: Roasted Jalapeno Cheese Bread

Yield: 1 Loaf
2 1/4 | ts | Yeast |
3 | c | Bread flour |
3/4 | c | Cheddar cheese, shredded, mild, white |
2 | ts | Jalapeno peppers, coarsely chopped, roasted |
1 1/2 | tb | Cornmeal, coarsely ground |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | tb | Sugar |
4 | tb | Powdered milk |
1 | c | Water, plus 1 TB |
Place all ingredients in machine and push start! Cheese may be added during the second knead.
