Title: Granary Bread

3 | tb | Cracked wheat |
3 | tb | Millet |
1 | c | Boiling water |
3/4 | c | Water |
1 | tb | Molasses or honey |
1 1/2 | ts | Shortening |
1 1/3 | c | Whole wheat flour |
2/3 | c | Bread flour |
3 | tb | Rolled oats |
2 | tb | Cornmeal |
1 | tb | Toasted wheat germ or unprocesses whaet bran |
2 | ts | Gluten flour |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | Yeast |
Place cracked wheat and millet ina small mixingf bowl. Ad dthe 1 cup boiling water. Let soak 5 minutes. Drain well. Add ingredients to machine according to manufacturer's directions.
