Use raisin bread cycle and add prunes at the beep or after the first knead. This recipe makes a lovely, dark-colored moist loaf. This bread is rich in both soluble and insoluble fiber, and the flaxseeds and prunes are natural laxatives. The soymilk adds protein while making it suitable for celiacs who are temporarily lactose intolerant. This is gluten-free, wheat-free, lactose-free, milk-free, low-fat, and high-fiber.
