1 | c | Raisins, soaked overnight in apple juice |

Use raisin bread cycle and add raisins at the beep or after the first knead. Soaking the raisins overnight in apple juice gives them a great flavor. This dense, chewy bread is a great way to start the day. Soak the raisins in ginger juice for an added punch and serve with tea. This is gluten-free, wheat-free, milk-free, and lactose-free.
