1 1/2tbVegetable oil
3tbFruit juice concentrate
1/2cSwiss -=OR=- cheddar cheese; shredded
1/2tsSalt
3/4tsBaking soda
1tbSugar
3tbGrated parmesan cheese
1/2tsBasil
3/4tsParsley flakes
1 1/2tbVital gluten; to 3 tbls
3 1/3cWhole wheat flour
1 1/2tsYeast

Add ingredients according to manufacturer's directions. Medium color setting. Makes 1-1/2 lb loaf.

NOTE: Fruit juice concentrate (orange, apple etc..), thawed, is used in place of the fat here. Use butter if you desire, in its place.
