5/8cFlat beer
1/4cWater for the Welbilt machine,add 1 tb more water
1 1/2cBread flour
3/4cRye flour
1/2tsSalt
1tbShortening
1 1/2tbBrown sugar
1 1/2tbMolasses
  Grated rind of 1/2 orange - optional
1tsCaraway seeds
2tsRED STAR active dry yeast for all machines
1 1/2 LB. LOAF
3/4cFlat beer
3/8cWater - for Welbilt/Dak add 1 tbsp. more water
2 1/2cBread flour
1cRye flour
1/2tsSalt
1 1/2tbShortening
2tbBrown sugar
2tbMolasses
  Grated rind of 1 orange - Optional
2tsCaraway seeds
3tsRed Star active dry yeast - for 1 1/2 lb. Panasonic/ Nationa

Place all the ingredients in bread pan. select a light crust setting, and press "start". After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on caek rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing.
