Title: Smoked Turkey & Raspberry Salad

1 | lb | Cooked smoked turkey |
3/4 | c | Raspberries, washed |
3 | tb | Raspberry vinegar |
5 | tb | Olive oil |
1/2 | ts | Prepared mustard |
1 1/2 | c | Salad greens |
6 | Scallions, trimmed and halved |
Cut the turkey into slices. Put the raspberries, vinegar, oil and mustard into a pan, and heat gently for 2 to 3 minutes. Arrange the turkey, salad greens and scallions in a bowl. Pour the hot raspberry dressing over, and serve immediately.
