Title: Barb's Oatmeal Bread

10 | oz | Water |
1 1/2 | tb | Butter |
3 | tb | Honey |
1 | ts | Gluten |
2/3 | c | Oatmeal |
2 1/2 | c | Bread flour |
2 | ts | Yeast |
1 | ts | Salt |
Bake as usual for your bread machine. The recipe I got off the BB here did not have the salt in it, but I had to add it because each time I tried to make it without it, it would rise beautifully but fall just before baking started. I have made this oatmeal bread 3 times a week for the past 3-4 weeks. I just love it. I think you could add finely chopped nuts if you want. Barbara Winemiller HDJF80A
