1/2 | c | Stone milled rye flour |
1/4 | c | Firmly packed light brown sugar |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1 | tb | Heaping - caraway seeds |
1 | tb | Unsalted butter |
1 | ts | Gluten flour* |
1 | tb | Minced dried onion dissolved in 1 cup warm water |
1 1/4 | ts | Active dry yeast ** |

MM format by Ursula R. Taylor. These are Suzy's comments: I listed the ingredients in the order I put them in the machine, starte the machine and after the initial mixing I check to see if more flour has to be added. I was always afraid to add more flour until I saw the video "Let the Flour Fly". I learned that the dough won't make more flour than it can hold! Add small amounts at a time until you feel the dough is the proper consistency.
