2	tb	Honey
1	ts	Salt
1	tb	Caraway seeds
1	c	Rye flour
1 3/4	c	Bread flour
3	tb	Nonfat dry milk
1	tb	Yeast
4	tb	Gluten

Use bread machine on "standard" or "white bread" mode. I hope you like this recipe. It retains all the great flavor but rises quite high and has a real nice texture.
