Title: Lemon Cheese Buns

1cWater
1/4cSugar
1lgEgg -- well beaten
2tbButter
3/4tsSalt
4cBread flour
1tbDry milk
1 1/2tsActive dry yeast
1cRicotta cheese -- part skim
  Milk
1/4cLemon juice -- 1 lemon
1/4cSugar
1/4tsLemon zest -- 1 lemon
1/2cConfectioner's sugar
1tsLemon juice
  Water
  DOUGH--
  FILLING--
  TOPPING--

Butter-Rich Roll & Bread Dough: (Zojirushi) 1. Measure ingredients into baking pan except yeast. 2. Tap container firmly to level ingredients, then sprinkle yeast in the = center of the flour. 3. Insert baking pan securely into baking unit and close lid. 4. Select DOUGH setting and push Start. 5. The machine will beep and COMPLETE light will illuminate when dough is= finished. 6. Remove dough from baking pan. 7. Roll dough out into 12x15 inch square. Spread evenly with filling. R= oll lengthwise and cut roll into 12 pieces. Place in buttered pan, cut s= ide down. 8. Cover dough, let stand 15 minutes. 9. Bake at 375F for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool in on baking rack. Spoon top= ping over buns. Filling: (Donna) Combine all filling ingredients and stir to mix thoroughly. Topping: (Donna) Combine all topping ingredients. Add water by 1/2 teaspoonfuls until con= sistency correct to spoon over buns.
