2 1/2 | tb | Butter |
2 | Eggs | |
2 2/3 | tb | Sugar |
2/3 | ts | ;salt |
4 | c | Flour, all purpose |
2 1/2 | ts | Yeast |
FILLING | ||
5 | tb | Sugar |
2 | tb | Cinnamon |
2/3 | c | Raisins; optional |
FOR BRUSHING | ||
2 1/2 | tb | Butter; melted |
GLAZE - OPTIONAL | ||
Sugar, powdered | ||

Add roll ingredients to ABM in order listed and select dough cycle.
Roll dough into a rectangle, brush with melted butter and spread the cinnamon mixture over that. Roll dough as a jellyroll and cut into slices of approximately 1 1/2" in width. Place in a muffin tin, cover and let rise about 35 to 40 minutes. Brush top lightly with melted butter if desired. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
