Title: Lg. Parker House Dinner Roll Dough *

1 1/3cMilk
2 1/2tbMargarine
1 1/2 Eggs
1 1/3tbSugar
2/3ts;salt
3 1/3cFlour, all purpose
2 1/2tsYeast
FOR BRUSHING
1/2cButter, melted
1 Eggs; beaten

Add ingredients in order listed to ABM and select dough cycle.

After completion of dough cycle, knead dough by hand for approximately 5 minutes. Roll out and cut with a biscuit cutter (or cup). Brush with melted butter. Fold circles in half and place in buttered muffin tins. Cover and let rise 35 to 45 minutes. Brush tops with beaten egg and bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
