Title: Lg. Hamburger/hod Dog Roll Dough *

1 1/3 | c | ;water |
2 1/2 | tb | Margarine |
2 2/3 | tb | Sugar |
2 1/2 | ts | ;salt |
4 | c | Flour, bread |
1/4 | c | Milk, dry nonfat |
2 1/2 | ts | Yeast |
FOR BRUSHING | ||
1 | Eggs; beaten | |
FOR VARIATION (TRY ONE | ||
2 | tb | Seeds, sesame |
2 | tb | Seeds, poppy |
2 | tb | Chives |
2 | tb | Onion, minced |
Add dough ingredients in order listed to ABM and select dough cycle.
Punch dough down and let rest for 20 minutes. Divide into balls, make bun shapes and flatten. Let rise for 1 hour; bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
For variation add one of the following to the dough: sesame seeds, poppy seeds, chives, or minced onion.
Brush the tops of the buns with a beaten egg and sprinkle on seasame seeds immediately prior to baking if desired.
