Title: Lg. Whole Wheat Sandwich Roll Dough *

1 2/3 | c | ;water |
2 2/3 | tb | Oil, vegetable |
1 1/3 | tb | Honey |
2 | ts | ;salt |
1 1/3 | c | Flour, whole wheat |
2 1/2 | tb | Wheat/oat bran |
5 | tb | Wheat germ |
2 1/3 | c | Flour, bread |
5 | tb | Milk, dry nonfat |
2 1/2 | ts | Yeast |
Add ingredients in order listed to ABM and select dough cycle.
Divide into balls, make desired shape of rolls and let rise for 50 5o 60 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
