I made the Medium recipe in my Panasonic, and I ran out of white flour so I used 1/2 c white, 2.5 c whole wheat, and 2TBSP gluten. I also cut the salt to 1/2 tsp. The book gives large, medium and small recipes.
Nutrition facts based on medium sized loaf.
