3/4	c	Water
4	tb	Dry Buttermilk
2	c	Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
3	c	Bread flour
1 1/2	ts	Active dry yeast (Red Star Brand)
1 1/2	ts	Salt
1 1/2	tb	Sugar

Put all ingredients in bread machine. Select "Light" for the crust setting. Press start and get ready to enjoy some great bread.
