350 | g | Bread flour (12 oz) |
1 1/2 | ts | Yeast |
675G ( 1 1/2 LB) LOAF | ||
300 | ml | Flat beer (1/2 pint) |
3 | tb | Powdered milk |
1 1/2 | tb | Vegetable oil |
1 1/2 | tb | Sugar |
3 | tb | Dijon-style mustard |
3/4 | ts | Dried thyme |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
500 | g | Bread flour (1 lb 2oz) |
2 1/3 | ts | Yeast |
Place all ingredients in bread tin in order recommended by your bread machine instructions. Set machine for white bread, medium crust. Press start.
