1/2 | ts | Cinnamon |
1 | ts | Salt |
75 | g | Muesli (2 3/4 oz) |
225 | g | Bread flour (8 oz) |
50 | g | Wholewheat flour (1 3/4 oz) |
1 1/2 | ts | Yeast |
40 | g | Chopped dates (1 1/2 oz) |
675G (1 1/2 LB) LOAF | ||
175 | ml | Water (6 fl oz) |
90 | ml | Milk (3 fl oz) |
1 1/2 | tb | Vegetable oil |
1 1/2 | tb | Honey |
3/4 | ts | Cinnamon |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
100 | g | Muesli (3 1/2 oz) |
325 | g | Bread flour (11 1/2 oz) |
125 | g | Wholewheat flour (4 1/2 oz) |
2 1/4 | ts | Yeast |
50 | g | Chopped dates (1 3/4 oz) |
Put all ingredients except dates in the bread tin in order suggested by your bread machine instructions. Set for wholewheat bread, medium crust.
Press start.
Add dates after first kneading or when machine beeps to add fruit.
