Title: Fennel Pepperoni Bread for the Zojirushi

1 | c | Flat beer |
1 | tb | Dijon mustard |
2 | tb | Garlic oil |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | Chopped garlic |
3 | c | Unbleached flour |
1/4 | c | Rye flour |
1 | tb | Fennel seeds |
3/4 | c | Pepperoni, sliced & quarterd |
1 | tb | Yeast |
Place all the ingredients in the machine, program for Basic White Bread, and press start.
NOTE: If using a bread machine other than a Zojirushi, place ingredients in your machine in the order specified by your machines' manufacturer.
