Title: Pecan and Red Onion Bread

1 | c | Plus 1 T Milk |
3 | c | Gold Medal Better For Bread |
| | Flour |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
3 | tb | Sugar |
1 1/2 | ts | Yeast |
1 | tb | Margarine |
1/2 | c | Fresh Red Onion, chopped |
1/4 | c | Pecans or Walnuts, chopped |
1. Add first six ingridients to pan in order listed, or
as your breadmachine manual tells you too. 2. Program for "mix bread" or
the settings that allows ingridients
such as seeds or fruit to be folded into the dough. 3. Push "start". 4.
When the signal sounds, add the onion and nuts. 5. Remove the bread from
pan when done, about 3 1/2 hours later.
