Title: Sweet Carrot Raisin & Nut Bread

Yield: 1 Lge loaf

2 1/4tsActive dry yeast
2 1/4cBread flour
3/4cRye flour
1/4cSugar, PLUS 2 tablespoons
1 1/2tsSalt
1 1/2tsGround ginger
1 1/2tsGround cinnamon
3tbVegetable oil
1 Egg
2 1/4cCarrots, finely chopped or
  Grated
1/3cWater
1/3cRaisins
1/3cChopped walnuts

Add all ingredients except the raisins and walnuts in the order suggested by your abm manual and process on the basic bread cycle.

At the beeper (or a few minutes before the end of the kneading cycle), add the raisins and nuts.
