1 | /2 t | s basil |
1 | /4 c | olive oil |
1 | /2 l | b Italian sausage -- browned, |

4 o | z canned mushrooms -- drained | |
1 c | wild rice, cooked | |
1 | /2 | roasted red peppers -- |
: | sliced thin | |
4 o | z Provolone cheese -- chopped | |
: | fine | |
4 o | z mozzarella cheese -- | |
: | shredded | |
1 | /4 c | Parmesan cheese |
Mash the roast garlic and blend into the olive oil with the basil and oregano. Spread this on the pizza crust. Top with remaining ingredients, in the order listed. Bake at 400 deg. F. 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is light brown.
