	2 t	s yeast -- bread machine type
1 1	/2 c	bread flour
1 1	/2 c	whole wheat flour
1	/4 c	nonfat dry milk powder
	1 T	B sugar
	1 t	s salt
	1 T	B vital Gluten
	1 T	B butter or margarine
	1 c	+ 2 T.
:		water
