1 | /3 c | Milk |
3 T | B Butter -- Melted | |
2 1 | /2 c | All-Purpose Flour |
1 T | B Sugar | |
1 t | s Baking Soda | |
1 | /2 t | s Salt |
1 | /3 c | Grated Parmesan Cheese |
1 T | B Minced Onion | |
2 t | s Italian Seasoning | |
1 | Egg White -- Slightly | |

Preheat oven to 350F. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, milk and butter; set aside. In a large bowl, combine next 7 ingredients. Stir in sour cream mixture until moistened. Place dough onto lightly floured surface; knead until smooth, about 1 min. Divide dough into two round loaves. Place loaves on greased cookie sheet. Brush tops of loaves with egg white; sprinkle with additional Parmesan and Italian seasoning. Cut an X about 1/2" through top of each loaf. Bake 30 - 35 min or until golden brown.
