Title: Parmesan Herb Bread

 1 cSour Cream
1/3 cMilk
 3 TB Butter -- Melted
2 1/2 cAll-Purpose Flour
 1 TB Sugar
 1 ts Baking Soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/3 cGrated Parmesan Cheese
 1 TB Minced Onion
 2 ts Italian Seasoning
 1Egg White -- Slightly
: Beaten
: Additional Parmesan Cheese
: Additional Italian
: Seasoning

Preheat oven to 350F. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, milk and butter; set aside. In a large bowl, combine next 7 ingredients. Stir in sour cream mixture until moistened. Place dough onto lightly floured surface; knead until smooth, about 1 min. Divide dough into two round loaves. Place loaves on greased cookie sheet. Brush tops of loaves with egg white; sprinkle with additional Parmesan and Italian seasoning. Cut an X about 1/2" through top of each loaf. Bake 30 - 35 min or until golden brown.

Makes 2 loaves
