Title: Cucumber Beef Rolls

6 | oz | Cream cheese; softened |
1/2 | c | Cucumber; grated |
1/4 | c | Radishes; grated |
1 | ts | Onion salt |
2 | pk | Beef; thinly sliced (3oz.ea) |
Combine cream cheese, cucumber, radishes, and salt; blend well. Spread on beef slices. Roll, and secure with a toothpick. Chill.
NOTE: Ham may be substituted for beef.
