Title: Southern Cannon Balls

1lbSausage, hot bulk
2cCheese, Cheddar; shredded
2cBiscuit mix
2tbOnion; grated
1tbPoultry seasoning

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Roll into walnut-sized balls. Place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
