3/4 | lb | Bacon; wafer-thin |
1 | c | Wine, Sauterne |
1/4 | c | Soy sauce |
1/2 | lb | Chicken livers; halved |
1 | lb | Tater tots, frozen |
Cut bacon slices in half; dip into mixture of Sauterne and soy sauce. Wrap around chicken liver pieces and tater tots. Thread on skewers or fasten each with wooden pick. Place on rack in shallow pan, and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until bacon is crisp and golden.
