2mdOnions; chopped fine
2tbButter
  Parsley, fresh; chopped
2mdTomatoes; chopped
1tbWorchestershire sauce
 pnCayenne pepper
  Salt; to taste
  Pepper; to taste
2lgEggs; beaten (or 3 sm. eggs)
  Strips of buttered toast

Saute chopped onion in butter with chopped parsley until faintly golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Add eggs and scramble. Serve hot on strips of buttered toast.
